My Story
Back in 2018, the business that three generations of my family built up over 45 years was sold quite suddenly, leaving some of my family (myself included) without a job. Shortly thereafter, I started having some health issues that I had to focus on, and then immediate family members needed assistance as they went through, and continue to go through, some health issues. Needless to say, it was the beginning of 2019 and I still didn't have time for a typical 9-5 type of job... with no end really in sight. Looking for other ways to possibly make a little extra income with being a part-time caregiver to family, I found Scentsy through a dear friend of mine who has been a consultant for many years.
Since joining in February of 2019, I have met new people from around the country, strengthened bonds with friends and family, and have re-embraced my sense of self worth because of Scentsy. I appreciate that the benefits of being a consultant are directly a result of the effort I put in. If I have a week that is busy in my personal life and I can't put as much time and effort into Scentsy as I would like, it's okay. I can be there for the ones I love, which is the main priority right now.
However, that does not mean the passion is not there. I want to succeed, and I have been quite successful so far since joining. It is a marathon, not a sprint... and I am slowly building my business, my brand, and my team.
